Emotional Needs

Emotional Needs

A hierarchy of emotional needs was developed by Abraham Maslow. These needs are individual perspectives and can be viewed as levels of consciousness. Each human starts their life at the bottom of the hierarchy-of-needs pyramid and over time climbs upwards

The Humanity Gem uses six consciousness levels starting with the consciousness of the human body and ending with the transcendent consciousness. These six levels are mapped to the six faces of a cube

The Six-Faced Gem by Gemini AI

A crystal cube, a mystic sight,
A map of souls, a guiding light.
Six faces shine, a vibrant hue,
Maslow’s needs, forever true.

First, blue, the base, where life begins,
For food and water, nature’s wins.
Then yellow shines, a golden hue,
For safety’s warmth, forever new.

Next, green emerges, soft and bright,
For love and belonging, pure delight.
Red follows next, a fiery glow,
For self-esteem, a radiant show.

White, the peak, where dreams take flight,
Self-actualization, shining bright.
And finally, black, a cosmic sea,
Transcendence’s call, wild and free.
